Parking Suggestions
There are 2 parking lots associated with the complex, one on each side of the 637 Washington Street building. In addition, Brookline allows 2 hours free on-street parking in non-metered areas.
Cancellation Policy
In fairness to other patients and the doctor, and because we do not overbook to compensate for no shows, we trust that our patients will provide us with at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations. We appreciate your courtesy.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance for a medical visit are subject to a $50 fee, and there is a $100 charge for missed surgical and cosmetic procedure appointments without 24 hours notice.
Insurance and Billing
Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your insurance plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ between plans and individual procedures. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit claims directly to your insurance company for covered procedures. You will be responsible for any remaining balance.
Referrals
If your insurance company requires that you obtain a referral from your primary care physician to visit a specialist, we will need that referral prior to your visit. When you call your primary care physician's office, please inform them of the date and time of your appointment, and confirm with them 24-48 hours prior to your visit that the referral has been sent to this office. If we have not received your referral at the time of your appointment, you will be asked to sign a waiver accepting financial responsibility for the visit.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Visit co-pays and payment for cosmetic services are due at the time of service.
